When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a custom digital service or product from SONGIE.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where required information is missing, fraud or misuse is suspected, the request is unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate, or we are unable to fulfill the order as requested.
Your order is not final until payment is successfully processed.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

All products sold by SONGIE are personalized and made specifically for the customer based on submitted information. Because of this:

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your inbox, spam, and junk folders. Delivery is deemed complete when the file, link, or access instructions are sent to the email address or contact method you provided. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect contact information, spam filtering, mailbox issues, or technical issues outside our control.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee permanent hosting, indefinite download access, or long-term storage of delivered files.

All website content, branding, graphics, text, audio samples, videos, and materials provided by SONGIE are owned by or licensed to SONGIE and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Upon full payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered song for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not resell the song, claim authorship of the underlying composition or production, use the song for commercial purposes without written permission, or copy or reproduce our site materials, branding, or other content without permission.
By submitting information, text, stories, names, photos, or other materials to SONGIE, you represent that you own or have permission to submit that content, the content does not infringe the rights of any third party, and the content is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or offensive.
You grant SONGIE a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of creating, producing, editing, and delivering your order, and for customer service related to that order.
You may not use our Services for unlawful purposes, to submit false, misleading, abusive, or infringing content, to interfere with or disrupt the website or systems, to attempt unauthorized access to our services or data, or to exploit, copy, scrape, or reverse engineer our website or business operations except as allowed by law.
We may suspend or refuse service if these Terms are violated.
Our Services may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, hosting services, file delivery services, email providers, or analytics tools. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, downtime, or policies of third-party providers.
